These Terms and Conditions govern your use of africanblacksoapwholesale.com and any purchases made through our website. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

African Black Soap Wholesale is operated by C.B.M Markets Enterprise, located in Dansoman, Accra, Ghana.

2. Wholesale Accounts

  • Wholesale pricing is available to approved business accounts only.
  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application.
  • Wholesale prices are confidential and should not be shared publicly.
  • We may require a valid business registration or reseller ID for verification.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are manufactured in Ghana using traditional methods.
  • Product images are representative; natural products may vary slightly in color and texture.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Wholesale pricing is based on order volume and account tier.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, Paystack, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Full payment is required before order processing, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
  • Orders are confirmed via email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship internationally to 40+ countries.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to wholesale orders and vary by product. Current MOQs are displayed on product pages and in the wholesale portal. Sample orders may be available at different terms.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the defect is our fault.
  • Custom/private label orders are non-refundable.

8. Private Label & Custom Orders

  • Private label orders require a minimum quantity as agreed during consultation.
  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
  • Design approval is required before production; changes after approval may incur additional fees.
  • Lead times for private label orders are typically 2-4 weeks after deposit and design approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of African Black Soap Wholesale and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

African Black Soap Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Ghana.
